A spacious and well-appointed detached bungalow, situated in an idyllic rural setting and standing in gardens of approximately 2/3rds of an acre.

Fields View was built approximately 15 years ago and stands in a delightful rural position, surrounded by undulating farmland. The property is situated between the two small hamlets of Broxwood and Bearwood in north west Herefordshire and is within easy reach of the facilities at the larger neighbouring villages of Weobley, Eardisley and Pembridge. The greater centres of Kington, Leominster and Hereford are within a small commute.

The spacious accommodation is well planned, presented, and maintained. A central hallway leads through to an impressive sitting room with views across the farmland to the rear. A large kitchen/dining room/day room forms the focal point of the property and again enjoys views to the rear. The kitchen is well-fitted with a Sandyford range cooker and built-in fridge and dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a side hallway that gives access to a useful study, separate cloakroom and a good-sized utility room. On the opposite side of the reception hall lie the bedrooms; all are spacious and well-proportioned with the master bedroom enjoying a good sized en suite with a walk-in shower, complemented by a walk-in wardrobe. The other two double bedrooms benefit from a beautifully appointed family bathroom, which also provides a very generous airing cupboard.

Externally, Field View stands in enclosed expansive gardens, easily maintained, that extend to approximately 2/3rds of an acre. There is a large parking area to the front which sweeps around to the side of the property and in turn gives access to an excellent double garage which houses the oil fired central heating boiler as well as the collection point for the central vacuum system that runs throughout the house. The gardens sweep away to the other side of the property and are principally laid to lawn with some attractive floral and shrub borders. At the far end there is an enclosed chicken run, for anyone wishing to keep a few productive pets! To the rear of the property is a large paved terrace with an electronic awning, giving it shade in the summer evenings and private views across open farmland.
