A large, detached bungalow set in this tucked away location in rural South Herefordshire, well placed for Hereford, Monmouth and Ross on Wye. The bungalow offers substantial and flexible accommodation, being arranged on one floor and having five good sized Bedrooms, large Living Room with Dining area off, Kitchen Breakfast Room and three Bathroom/Shower Rooms. An extension to the side of the property substantially increases the accommodation creating a large 12.5m x 6.25m room, which has the potential to form an annex, games room or wonderful home office. It has a mezzanine floor over. The general accommodation would benefit from some updating, has Calor Gas central heating and is mostly double glazed but offers much potential to buyers. There is a wide parking area with good sized single Garage and surrounding gardens from where there are delightful views to the front over farmland.
