Property description

There are lovely mature flower beds running across the front of the cottage which border the path that leads around to both sides. There are apple trees interspersed in the lawn and to the right of the cottage a patio area for a table and chairs and leads to a back door. To the left of the cottage is a further area of garden the current owners have just cleared and are landscaping and a path leading to the kitchen door. A buyer could use this area to create some off road parking is required.


A range of three outbuildings split into three. One being small garage, shed and then log store. There is no power connected at this stage.


Knucklas is a small rural village with a Viaduct with houses nestled at its base surrounded by lovely Welsh countryside. Knucklas has a strong community with projects such as the Community Land Project which has meant the village owns the castle and field, with allotments available to residents, and a popular public inn. The village has strong links with local artists, several are based in the village, and the walking community.
