There are a good range of services nearby at the larger villages of Credenhill and Weobley, with the market towns of Kington and Leominster providing additional services. The cathedral city of Hereford is also within easy reach (4 miles) and offers an extensive range of services as well as road and rail links to other parts of the country.

It offers very comfortable and attractive living accommodation with many of the rooms enjoying a lovely outlook over countryside and the gardens, which form a particular feature of this property. The cottage includes double glazing throughout, oil fired central heating and all fitted carpets and retains a lovely period feel especially in the dining and sitting room.

The dining room adjoins the sitting room and is ideal for entertaining with a spacious kitchen/breakfast room next door with a dual aspect, plenty of cupboard space, an Aga and seating at one end. This is supported by a useful utility room and separate wc.

From the dining room a staircase leads up to a good-sized landing. The master bedroom has a lovely triple aspect with wardrobes along one wall and an adjoining en suite bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and a large well-fitted shower room.

Initially the enclave of Westmoor is approached by a private lane and then by each property s own driveway with the drive for Mortimer Cottage providing extensive parking and turning space.
