In Talgarth with your back to the Co-op shop take the road between The Tower Hotel and the Town Hall called The Bank. At the church follow the wall to the right and proceed to a fork in the road. Take the right hand road sign posted Llanelieu. This road goes down over a bridge and then winds up a valley for about a mile and a half. Take the turning to the right up a steep hill passing a farm half way up on the left called Sychnant and shortly afterwards a farmhouse on the right called PenyrRheol. Cross the cattle grid onto Rhos Fach moor. Ignore the tarmac lane to the right and proceed across the moor to two clumps of trees either side of the road. Just before these trees is a track to the right across the moor. Take this track and cross another cattle grid onto the drive down to Bailiau Bach.
