From Hay-on-Wye take the B4350 in a south westerly direction towards Brecon and continue to Glasbury-on-Wye. Once in Glasbury continue on the same main road which turns into the A438 and continue on through the village of Three Cocks. Just after leaving Three Cocks turn left onto the A4078, signposted to Talgarth.

Upon entering Talgarth, where the 30 mph speed limit signs are visible, turn left onto the Hay Road, proceed along this road and continue into the centre of the town, through the main square and over the bridge. Once over the bridge immediately turn left onto Bell Street and then fork right into Regent Street, continue up the hill where the property will be found on the right hand side as indicated by the agent's for sale board.
