From Hay-on-Wye take the B4350 in a south westerly direction towards Brecon and continue to Glasbury-on-Wye. Once in Glasbury continue on the same main road which turns into the A438 and continue on through the village of Three Cocks. Just after leaving Three Cocks turn left onto the A4078, signposted to Talgarth.

Take the 1st turning into Talgarth, where the speed limit signs are visible, proceed on and take the first left into Kings Drive. Continue to the top then turn left along Woodlands Avenue, continue to the end and turn left where the house will be found 2nd on the left.
