These terraced homes were among a total of 51 lots sold at the recent Paul Fosh Auctions sale, showing that there are still plenty of bargains out there for those looking to buy properties.

The sale realised a total of £3,282,640.

The next Paul Fosh Auctions sale is on Thursday, December 7, at The Park Inn Hotel, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, starting at 5pm.

Among the properties sold was a part-modernised, three bedroom, terraced house at Dukestown, Tredegar, which sold for £52,000.

The property, at 87 Ystrad Deri, which has a front garden and generous courtyard to the rear, was listed with a guide price of £48,000.

A two bedroom, mid-terrace house, with rear garden, in the sought after Barrack Hill area of Newport, at 39 Lambert Street, sold for £74,500 after being listed with a guide of £68,000.

An end-of-terrace, two-bedroom house at 35 King Street, Tredegar, ideally located near to the bus route into the town centre listed with a guide price of £28,000-plus sold for £30,500.

An end-of-terrace property, with attached garage, at 31 Alexandra Road, Sebastopol, Pontypool, sold for its guide price of £75,000. The two-bedroom property, which has a rear garden, occupies a good sized plot.

A spacious, two-bedroom, end-of-terrace house at 2 Queen Street, Nantyglo, with rear garden and storage shed, listed with a guide price of £28,000 sold for £42,500.
