A rich variety of properties attracted a packed hall of prospective buyers to the latest Paul Fosh Auctions sale.

The September sale of the Newport-based auction house saw 52 lots offered for sale with 33 sold realising a total of £1,952,500.

Among the properties sold was The Bungalow, at Triley, Abergavenny. The period dormer bungalow on the outskirts of Abergavenny surrounded by mountains sold for its guide price of £165,000.

An end terraced three bedroom house with double storey extension at 17 Victoria Street, Abertillery, listed with a guide price of £39,000-plus sold after keen interest for £45,500.

A traditional two bedroom mid terraced house at 17 Pottery Street, Newport, listed with a guide price of £73,000 sold for £75,000.

A four bedroom semi detached house arranged over three floors at 16 High Street, Rhymney, with car parking to the front and a patio garden to the rear listed with a guide price of £60,000-plus sold for £66,000.

A traditional two bed double fronted end of terrace house with attached garage at 8 Woodside Terrace, Llanhilleth, Abertillery was listed with a guide price of £50,000-plus and sold for £56,000.
