Lawyers are tackling the complicated job of dividing up singer Prince’s estate.
The Purple Rain singer was found dead on April 21 at Paisley Park, his home and recording studio in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The first hearing concerning his estate is scheduled for Monday in probate court in America.
His full sister, Tyka Nelson, filed paperwork last week saying the singer had no known will. That means under Minnesota law, his estate would be divided among his surviving siblings.
Prince made hundreds of millions of dollars for record companies, concert venues and others, and he owned about £18.4 million in property in Minnesota.
A law enforcement official who spoke to The Associated Press said investigators are looking into whether Prince died from an overdose and if a doctor had been prescribing him drugs.
