Adele is getting ready to wow the crowd at Glastonbury and fans on social media are beyond excited.
The Skyfall singer has previously explained that she is scared by the size of the crowds at Glastonbury, so it was a surprise for many fans when she was announced for the festival.
Adele, 28, will belt out her hit songs underneath the Aladdin Sane stripe, which is suspended over the Pyramid Stage as a tribute to David Bowie.
The Hello star told DJ Jo Whiley: “I grew up at festivals and Glastonbury is a massive part of my life.”
She also recalled one of the previous occasions that she performed. “I played the Guardian tent to no one and then – downpour so everyone rushed in and spoke over me. I think it was 2007.”
Music fans are already lining up to have their say about everything from the much anticipated performance to Adele’s looks.
