SMITH Mel Peacefully on November 3rd, at home in Llandevaud. Beloved husband of the late Jean, father of Andrew, Michael and Stephen and grandfather of Alice, Katie, Mariann, Jessica, Madeline, Robert and Abigail. Funeral Tuesday November 21st, service at St Martin's Church, Llanmartin at 10.30am followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired payable to St David's Hospice Care may be given at the church or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
