TEN-YEAR-OLD Maddy Hiscocks certainly knows her SuperDragons – and the Newport youngster’s knowledge landed her a prize in a competition run by the Argus, the Kingsway Centre, and the city council.
The SuperDragons spent a few days at the Kingsway Centre after the hugely popular city-wide trail featuring the colourful creatures came to an end early last month.
Readers were asked how many SuperDragons there were in the centre, and Maddy, from Newport, was the only person to give the right answer – 57.
Her detective work earned her a SuperDragons goodie bag and a certificate.
The SuperDragons are now all at new homes after being on display at indoor and outdoor venues throughout the summer.
This was the second time Newport has hosted them, and thousands of people tracked them down on the special SuperDragons trail.
