Broken down vehicle in Brynglas Tunnels causes delays
SLOW traffic is reported due to a broken down vehicle in the Brynglas Tunnels on the M4 this afternoon.
The eastbound stretch is affected between J26 A4051 (Malpas Road) and J25 A4042 / B4596 (Caerleon), with congestion up to J27 B4591 (Highcross).
All lanes have been re-opened after one lane was blocked inside the tunnel for around ten minutes by the broken down car, with all lanes re-opening at around 5.25pm.
