GWENT Police are appealing for help in finding a man who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison earlier this month.
Dafydd Merkel, 27, was serving a 45-month sentence for burglary. He was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court in November 2011.
Due to the fact that Merkel, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.
Merkel is white with dark short hair. He is 5 ft 10 inches tall, medium to athletic build, clean shaven and is known to wear nail varnish and make up. Merkel may be in the Blackwood, Senghenydd, Caerphilly or Risca areas where he is known to have links.
