THREE men have appeared in court in connection with an alleged drive-by shooting in Newport earlier this year.
Gary Rabjohns, 24, Brogan Hooper, 20, and Lewis Bridge, 22, appeared before Cardiff Crown Court over an incident which occurred on Chepstow Road, on September 3.
Rabjohns, of no fixed abode, has been charged with three counts of conspiracy to murder and a further three counts of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm between August 31 and September 5.
He also faces a further count of perverting the course of justice between October 1 and 5.
A plea and case management hearing is scheduled on January 31. Hooper, of Feering Street, Newport, and Bridge, of Nash Drive, Newport, have both been charged with three counts of attempted murder. No indictments were put during the hearing.
