WALES’ top famous dogs have been revealed and they’re rallying round to support Dogs Trust’s microchipping campaign.
Gnasher paved the way by getting microchipped by Dogs Trust in The Beano comic last month, and now a host of famous dogs have joined in the Chip My Dog campaign.
Wales’ ‘Top Dogs’ are said to be:
Andrex Puppy
Dulux Dog
Churchill
K9
Lupo (Kate and William’s dog)
Cesar’s Dog
HMV Dog
The Queen’s corgis
Uggie, The Artist
Lola (George Osbourne’s Dog)
The Dogs Trust has also revealed that, thanks to the support of participating vets it has now microchipped 100,000 dogs for free through its ‘Microchipping through Vets’ scheme, bringing the total number of dogs microchipped by Dogs Trust to 700,000.
