Crash involving cyclist blocks Caerleon Road
A CRASH involving a cyclist on Caerleon Road has blocked traffic both ways this afternoon.
The incident happened between Oak Street and Bank Street.
The cyclist has fallen off the bike, obstructing the carriageway. Traffic travelling between J25 of the M4 and Newport city centre is affected.
Police are directing traffic.
