SHAKESPEARE SCHOOLS FESTIVAL: On February 7 Duffryn High School took part in the Shakespeare Festival,performing A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Riverfront Theatre in Newport.
The Schools Festival, which took place in venues across Wales and the United Kingdom, is an arts-education initiative, centring around a selection of Shakespeare's works, and also involved other Newport schools.
Thisenjoyable experience allowed pupils from each school to entertain the audience through a 30-minute performance of their chosen play.
