Man arrested after Caerleon attack
A 48-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a local man was attacked in Caerleon on Friday.
The incident happened on Goldcroft Common at around 10pm on Friday 5th June when the 55-year-old man suffered facial injuries and was taken to the Royal Gwent hospital for treatment. The local man who was arrested has been bailed pending further enquiries.
