Firefighters tackle grass fire in Blaenavon
CREWS from Blaenavon tackled a grass fire near Varteg Road on Tuesday evening (June 9)
The deliberate fire was extinguished using one hose reel.
A South Wales Fire Service spokesman said 10metres of grass and bracken were well alight.
Crews were called to the scene at 5.12pm.
