RUGBY fans met two Welsh stars at a Cwmbran supermarket on Wednesday.
Newport Gwent Dragons player Toby Faletau along with Dan Lydiate visited Asda in Cwmbran to launch the new drink of the Welsh Rugby Union, PAS Pro Iso.
More than 200 people queued to see the players, with the Cwmbran Male Choir singing in the store to welcome them.
Rachel Riordan, Cwmbran Asda’s community life champion, said: “We had to shut the queue at 3.15pm as there were so many people here.
“The choir were absolutely fantastic singing Welsh songs to create a rugby atmosphere for the customers. It was a really good day and a boost for the town to get to see famous faces.”
She added: “Toby was in here the day before shopping and the next day he had crowds wanting his autograph. They were both fantastic.”
