AN INQUEST into the death of man who drowned in Llandegfedd Reservoir on Monday was opened and adjourned.
Senior Gwent coroner David Bowen opened the inquest into the death of Angus Rae, who was 51. Mr Rae had been fishing at the reservoir with a friend.
A post mortem found he had died from drowning after suffering an epileptic fit.
Mr Bowen released Mr Rae’s body to his family for a funeral to be held and adjourned the inquest for two months.
