Crash closes two lanes on M4 in Newport

Traffic is flowing freely on the M4 in this area now.

One lane has now re-opened but slow traffic and congestion persists up to junction 25 at Caerleon.
UPDATE: 9.28am
A CRASH involving two vehicles has closed two lanes on the M4 in Newport this morning.
The crash is on the eastbound side before junction 24 at the Coldra and congestion is stretching to J25a.
