Man arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and threats to kill in Penygarn
A TWENTY-seven-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and threats to kill after a disturbance in Penygarn yesterday.
Gwent Police were called to Folly View at 9.10pm.
It was reported that a bin was being thrown around which caused damage to a white Fiesta.
It was also reported that a man was being verbally abusive.
The 27-year-old man remains in police custody.
