TWO men have pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, after being charged following an incident in Hafodyrynys shortly after Christmas in which a 47-year-old Pontypool man received stab wounds.
Christopher Trigg, aged 35, of Risca, and 32-year-old Simon Trigg, both of no fixed abode, entered their pleas during a hearing at Cardiff Crown Court.
The alleged offences took place on Tuesday December 27.
Both men were remanded in custody, with a further hearing scheduled for March 10.
A trial has been scheduled, to start on June 26.
