GRAHAM Westley has reportedly been given two games to save his job as Newport County AFC manager after a board meeting this afternoon.
Saturday's 4-0 home defeat to relegation rivals Leyton Orient left County 11 points from safety at the bottom of League Two.
And the Exiles have won only one of their last 20 games in all competitions under Westley.
The former Preston North End and Peterborough United boss replaced Warren Feeney at Rodney Parade in October, signing a contract that runs until the summer of 2018.
Chairman Gavin Foxall said before Saturday's game that he expected Westley to see out his contract.
But the board met to discuss his future today and have reportedly decided that Westley will be in charge for the matches at Crewe Alexandra this coming Saturday and Morecambe on Tuesday, March 14.
