A NUMBER of eyewitnesses said they have seen what they believe is a dolphin in the River Usk in Newport today.
The animal was spotted this afternoon in the river between the Riverfront and the University of South Wales.
An eyewitness from the Taylor Wimpey apartments opposite Friars Walk told the Argus: “There’s a dolphin in the water, opposite Friars Walk. He’s popping up all the time.
"He’s been there for about half an hour now.”
