Crash near between Pontymister and Rogerstone leaves car overturned and queue of traffic
A CRASH on the B4591 between the Welsh Oak Pub, Pontymister and the turning for Afon Village, Rogerstone, near Newport left a car overturned this morning.
The incident happened at around 8am and emergency services attended the scene.
A spokeswoman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at around 8:15am this morning (Tuesday, October 24) to reports of a two vehicle road traffic accident on Risca Road, Rogerstone.
"We sent two crews in emergency ambulances and one casualty was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital."
