Life-sized dummies hanging from bridge during rescue service
MEMBERS of South Wales Fire and Rescue and Gwent Police have been spotted in Newport holding a training exercise.
The exercise is currently taking place in Clarence Place and life-sized dummies are being used on the town bridge as part of body recovery training.
A spokesman for South Wales Fire and Rescue said: "Life-sized dummies are being used for the exercise.
"People should not be alarmed or worried if they spot South Wales Fire and Rescue or the police on the bridge."
