GWENT Police are appealing for information after a property in Gilwern was broken into on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred in Malford Grove at some time between 12pm and 3.45pm and a Ford Focus along with a set of keys taken.
A spokesperson from the police added that community support officers are currently completing house to house inquiries and will be offering reassurance at the location.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101, quoting log reference 327 05/12/17 or alternatively Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
