A WOMAN was grabbed by the neck during an aggressive robbery at Brynhill (Barry) Golf Club, in Port Road, on Sunday, July 22.
Police in Barry are appealing for information to identify two men, following the incident on Sunday night.
A South Wales police spokeswoman said: “Two males entered the golf club shortly before 11.40pm, where they grabbed a 39-year-old woman by the neck before making off with a money box and a quantity of bank notes from the till.
“The males were both wearing hooded tops, and one was also wearing a pair of sunglasses.”
Detective Inspector Terry Hopkins said: “This was an aggressive robbery committed against someone who was just doing her job.
“We are supporting the victim but are also determined to bring those responsible to justice.
“We would urge anyone with information to get in touch with us or to call Crimestoppers, anonymously.”
