POLICE: Have you seen Lee Hellon?
GWENT Police are appealing for information on a 45-year-old man from Cwmbran.
Lee Hellon breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on June 18 and is now being recalled to prison.
He had received an eight-month sentence for theft after being sentenced at Newport Magistrates Court on November 6, 2017.
