A BRIDAL beauty specialist is 'delighted' with her new shop.
Jenna McDonnell, 31, opened her new shop, in Chepstow Road, on September 8.
The premises is owned by her and has a large photo studio, and seven more rooms than her first shop, which she opened in 2014 with the help of Business Wales.
The shop, named Jenna McDonnell, is in the former building of Marion’s Fruit and Veg, which closed down in January of this year.
Ms McDonnell said: "This will be the hub of weddings in Newport, bringing all of the best local wedding businesses together under one roof.
"Thank you to everyone who helped, especially my dad; he's 73 and did so much for me. He's amazing and I am delighted."
Tomorrow is the deadline for applications for a Christmas temp role, working on Thursday's and Saturday's, for anyone aged 16 or over.
