LANES have been closed on the M48 Severn Bridge as Storm Helene brings strong winds and rain to Gwent.
One lane has been closed in each direction, according to traffic monitors. The measure is to try and make sure traffic isn't blown into adjacent lanes by the strong winds coming up the Severn river.
All traffic is also being taken off down to the roundabouts before the bridge and back on the other side to allow for quick closure.
