One lane of the M4 Eastbound has been shut due to a potential oil spill
ONE lane of the M4 eastbound has been closed after a lorry has broken down, leading to delays.
The vehicle stalled between Junction 27 for Highcross and Junction 26 for Malpas Road.
One lane has been shut for safety reasons, and traffic officers are on the scene spreading sand to minimise the effect of a possible oil spill.
The lorry is now on the hard shoulder.
