GWENT Police are asking for help in finding 20-year-old Jonathan Black from Cwmbran, who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on August 17.
He was serving a 3month prison sentence for theft, and has now been recalled to prison after breaching his licence conditions.
A police spokesman said: "If you see him or know where he is, please call 101, quoting: 1800358226. You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or through their website Crimestoppers-uk.org."
