POLICE are appealing for information on a suspected arson attack in Caerphilly.
The incident took place at an address in Wine Street, Pontlottyn, at approximately 7am on September 20.
A statement from Gwent Police said: "Offenders gained entry to a ground floor flat through a rear window, before deliberately starting three separate fires in the property.
"Nobody was in the flat at the time, but significant damage was caused. Smoke damage also affected a neighbouring address."
Anyone with information about this incident, or who may have witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area, is asked to call Gwent Police on 101, quoting log 63 of 20/09/18.
