The incident has closed the A4042 between Abergavenny (Hardwick Roundabout) and Llanellen.
THREE people have been taken to hospital after a collision involving four vehicles on the B4269 between Llanellen and Llanfoist.
The road is closed in both directions and will remain so while emergency services complete recovery work.
The incident happened at around 1pm.
