Our dog of the week is Pip!

He is a darling little pug cross. As Pip was found straying and isn't microchipped, we can't be absolutely sure of his breed mix or his exact age, but as he still has some of his baby teeth we don't think he's more than about 16 weeks old.

Pip was taken to Newport City Dogs Home as a stray foundling, and he is being rather spoilt by the staff and volunteers who have really taken this little one into their hearts.

Pip isn't exactly shy! He loves playing with the bigger dogs and he has met the resident kitty at Newport City Dogs Home. Pip can be a little bossy and could benefit from the company of an older playmate to help him grow up into the lovely young adult dog he is destined to be.

For more information about Pip please contact the staff at Newport City Dogs Home on 01633 290902 or pop in to meet him. Potential rehomers can also contact the volunteer rehoming team via their facebook page, Opt to Adopt NCDH.
