DOGS and humans will unite at Bark in the Parc to raise money for St David’s Hospice Care.

The sponsored dog walk will be at Belle Vue Park, from 11am, this Sunday, and is sponsored by Blaize’s Palace and Sanders Vets.

Owner of the Palace, Rachel Young, is taking part with Sox and Bow, and said: “I like to support St David’s Hospice Care, and what better way for a dog mad person, than organising a walk for dogs and their owners?”

The day will include food, music, tombola, stalls and crafts, with a free doggie bag for anyone who raises more than £30.

Gemma Sandhu, of St David’s Hospice Care, said: “It’ll be a great day out with lots to do, and will hopefully raise plenty of cash to help fund the free work that we do throughout our community.”

Humans are free; dogs are £5 or £15 for a family of four.
