Broken-down lorry causes delays in Newport
REPORTS of slow-moving traffic in eastern Newport caused by a broken-down lorry on the A4042.
According to an eyewitness report, the lorry is blocking one of the lanes near the Sainsbury's supermarket, approaching the slip road for vehicles to join the M4 eastbound at J25A.
Traffic is building up as vehicles bypass the broken-down lorry.
