Delays from the earlier crash are also causing congestion on roads across Newport.

SEVERE delays can be expected on the motorway this morning.
One lane on the M4 Westbound from J28 A48 (Tredegar Park) to J29 A48(M) was closed earlier due to crash.
The lane has since re-opened but it comes as people head back to work after the Christmas and New Year break.
Delays are currently said to be between 38 to 40 minutes, with traffic moving at an average speed of 10mph.
Newport Bus has tweeted to warn people its services could be affected.
