AN ADRENALINE-fuelled, jaw-dropping event will tour soon, stopping in the Welsh capital.

Monster Jam, a fan-friendly motorsport event, is returning for 2019, visiting three cities – Cardiff, Manchester and Coventry - following the success of last year.

Unexpected, unscripted and unforgettable, Monster Jam is an approachable sport, suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

Combining high-octane, spontaneous stunts with the ultimate off-road motorsport competition, fans will witness the unexpected. Each engine delivers about 1,500 horsepower and some custom designed trucks require more than 40 hours of paint time.

Monster Jam has given behind the scenes access to familiar faces from Channel 4’s reality TV program Gogglesprogs. The Little Reporters got up close with the most famous Monster Jam trucks and interviewed the drivers.

For the first time ever see Monster Jam through a child’s eyes, as Little Reporters Molly, William and Elizabeth Llewellyn go backstage to give fans exclusive access to world-class athletes.

The national TV stars even got to go behind the wheel of the incredible trucks, try commentating on the show to give exciting insight into this year’s tour, letting families from around the UK know what to expect.

Molly Llewellyn said: “I’ve had the best time of my life here at Monster Jam.

"The trucks are huge, and I love how they do backflips and jump so high, I can’t wait to come back again and want to be a Monster Jam truck driver when I grow up”.

The event also includes a Pit Party, allowing fans to meet their favourite drivers, get up close to the Monster Jam trucks and get autographs.

Monster Jam will be at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on May 18.
