Police stop man attempting to cycle up the M4
Police have this morning apprehended a man who was attempting to cycle up the M4 motorway.
The cyclist was making his way up the hard shoulder of the motorway and was midway between Junction 24 at The Coldra and Junction 23a at Magor Services when he was stopped.
Gwent Police said that the man was escorted off the motorway at Junction 23a and sent on his way.
