A ROOF without snow or frost would have stood out over the last week, and Gwent Police want people to get in touch if they noticed any.
One of the reasons a house could end up looking like this is if the occupants are growing cannabis, say police.
The heat from the equipment needed to grow the plants rises, and can melt snow from the roof.

Other signs to look out for include gangs of birds warming their feet on the tiles of a particular house.
