M4 fog is causing some delays
TRAFFIC on the M4 around Newport is being held up by this morning's fog.
According to traffic monitors the weather is causing problems from J28 Tredegar Park all the way back to J24 Coldra.
A crash added to delays for those using the M4 to get into Wales with lanes blocked on the M4 westbound between J21 Chepstow and J20 M5. Delays of about least 15 minutes above normal travel time were reported, and the blockage was cleared by 8.20am.
