THREE men attacked a a waiting passenger at Newport bus station and left him with head injuries.
Witnesses posting on social media described the three attackers "jumping on a man's head" and "throwing him over barriers".
It happened at 10.25pm on Wednesday, February 6, in the bus station underneath Friars Walk.
After the late-night attack, the three men stole their victim's bags and fled the scene.

It's understood witnesses paid for the 37-year-old victim's bus fare home.
Police are reviewing CCTV footage of the incident.
A police spokesman said: "It is believe that the victim was approached by three unknown men who then assaulted the victim. They then took the victims bags and left the scene. The victim sustained injuries to his head.
"Investigations are ongoing.
