APPEAL: Gwent Police would like to speak to Christopher Phillips
GWENT Police are appealing for information to locate 35-year-old Christopher Phillips.
Officers want to speak to Mr Phillips, who is from the Ebbw Vale area, in relation to a robbery that took place in the Rassau area.
