Slow-moving traffic around Newport caused by thick fog
REPORTS of heavy traffic in west Newport around the J28 and Pont Ebbw roundabouts.
Traffic is backing up on the approach to the roundabouts on Forge Road (A467) and Cardiff Road, respectively.
On the M4 around Newport, traffic is flowing but moving slowly due to the reduced visibility caused by the thick fog.
